Bespoke garments can't be returned to a shelf — they're made for one person. So our promise is different, and stronger.

Fit guarantee

If a garment we made doesn't fit right, we correct it free of charge — at delivery or after you've worn it. Fit corrections on our work are always free.

Alterations on our garments

Bodies change; garments should keep up. Resizing of garments we made is done at a nominal charge, with your original pattern on file.

Garments from elsewhere

We alter, resize and restore garments made by others — including decades-old family pieces. Quoted after inspection.

What we can't do

Completed bespoke garments cannot be exchanged or refunded once accepted, except for defects in our workmanship — which we will always make right.
