Orders & advance

Orders are confirmed with an advance agreed at consultation. The balance is due on delivery.

Delivery dates are committed at order time and honoured except in genuinely exceptional circumstances, where we will inform you immediately.

Quoted timelines assume fittings are attended as scheduled. Missed fittings may shift the delivery date.

Fabric you bring is handled with full care, but we cannot take responsibility for inherent defects in cloth we did not source.

Bespoke garments are cut for you alone; once cutting begins, the advance covers work done. Before cutting, advances are refundable.
